Exploitation of Expert System of Standardization Management for Corrosion and Protection in Refinery

  • The structure,function and characteristic of expert system of standardization management for corrosion and protection in refinery (ESSMCPR) was introduced. In ESSMCPR, aritifical neueal network (ANN) and Fitness-For-Service technology were used to evaluate the corrosion defects in refinery, and can make suggestions for lower temperature and pressure if the defects is incompetent automatically. In additoon, ESSMCPR would give out the corrosion type,mechanism, characteristics all effect factors on line in refinery. The select material commend tables to anti-corrosion for distillation, catalyse and coking equipment were also gave in ESSMCPR.
