Sythesis of Lead Magnesium Niobate-Lead Titanate Dielectric Ceramic Powder by a Coprecipitation Process

  • A coprecipitation method was used for preparation of lead magnesium niobate-lead titanate dielectric ceramic powder.X-ray powder diffraction revealed that the powder calcinated at 800℃ had only perovskite phase.The density of ceramic discs sintered at 1 000℃ was up to 96.77% the theoretical value,and its dielectric constant was reached 20 940 at room temperature.
