Effect of Zig-Zag Grain Boundary on Fatigue Property of Superalloy GH220

  • Fatigue property of alloy GH220 treated by two kinds of heat treatment have been tested.The results show that the fatigue limit of alloy treated by isothermal teat treatment is higher than that treatde by standard heat treatment. The reason of this difference is discussed in detail.
