Storage area optimization for casting-rolling process in BOF special steel plants

  • The functional frame of MES and its role in storage management in steel enterprise were de-scribed. The leak of technology management was pointed out, and then a resolving method was discussed and a storage management system was developed by using Delphi 7.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Meanwhile, the direction of storage optimization was put forward, and it is helpful for enterprise informationization.
