Liquid Phase Sintered Molybdenum-Rich Copper Alloy

  • Mo-rich Cu alloy was made with the method of liquid phase sintering the mixed Mo and Cu powder.The sintering property and structure were studied by means of TEM,SEM and EDXA.The results indicate as follows:as the result of Mo solution and reprecipitation,the medium of Mo-Cu changing in composition is formed on the surface of Mo particles,and the structure is homogeneous with fine Mo particles;the optimum sinter temperature is at which wetting angle is around zero.
