Mathematical Model of the Flow Stress of Aluminium Alloys

  • The flow stresses of four aluminium alloys have been studied using a cam plastometer. The effects of deformation temperature, strain rate and stain on flow stresses of the aluminium alloys were examined. Acoording to the analysis with regression and comparison between the mathematical models of flow stresses of five types, a mathematical model of flow stresses with great confidence of the four aluminium alloys is proposed, and its regression coefficient is also recommended.
