Determination of organophosphorus pesticide multi-residues in leek by gas chromatography

摘要: 建立了毛細管氣相色譜法、火焰光度檢測器分析韭菜中的8種有機磷農藥殘留量的方法.實驗結果表明:采用程序升溫所測定的8種有機磷農藥,在色譜柱DB-608上分離良好,回收率在70%-119%之間;最低檢測質量濃度分別為敵敵畏0.02μg·mL-1,甲胺磷0.01 μg·mL-1,乙酰甲胺磷0.02μg·mL-1,甲拌磷0.01 μg·mL-1,氧化樂果0.05μg·mL-1,樂果0.01μg·mL-1,甲基對硫磷0.01μg·mL-1,毒死蜱0.02μg·mL-1.該方法快速靈敏,符合實際應用的需要.Abstract: This paper proposed a determination method for 8 organophosphorus pesticides residues of dichlorvos, methamidophos, acephate, phorate, omethoate, dimethoate, parathionmethyl and chlorpyriphos in leek. The 8 organophosphorus pesticides were separated from each other through DB-608 capillary column and determined by flame photometric detector, and the recoveries ranged 70%~119%. The lowest determination concentrations of the 8 organophosphorus pesticides are 0.01~0.02 μg·mL-1 This method is rapid and sensitive, and meets the demands of actual application.
